How to Measure Your Foot Length and Width?

Measure your foot length and width for the perfect fitting shoe

To measure your foot length and width, you will need a piece of paper or cardboard larger than your foot, a tape measure or ruler, and a pen.

1st Step: Find a hard, flat surface, place the heel of your foot against the wall and place a piece of paper on the floor.

2nd Step: Wear socks that are similar to what you plan to wear when playing tennis or padel. Stand with one foot on the paper.

3rd Step: Keeping your body weight over your foot, trace a thin line around the outside of your entire foot. When drawing the line, hold the pen perpendicular to the ground.

4th Step: Measure vertically down the length of your foot tracing. Add 1 cm to the shown number. This is your foot length to choose.

5th Step: Measure horizontally across the widest part of your foot tracing. This is your foot width.

6th Step: Repeat these steps for your other foot. Now you know your foot length and width. When determining your shoe size, use the larger foot measurements.

Your shoe width is based on your foot size and width measurement. To determine the ideal shoe width, match your foot measurements with our Width Conversion Charts linked below.

How to Find Your Shoe Size?

Finding the right shoe size is not always easy, as each brand uses different sizing charts. Therefore, we recommend using centimetres as a guide, which is the only reliable size that you can measure yourself. We also advise you to check our fit details in each shoe description. This is the guide that tells you if the shoes fit large or small, narrow or wide.

Foot arch guide, from low to high

There are 3 different types of foot arches: LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH

If you have a low foot arch or pronated foot, you tend to roll your feet inwards and you need a shoe that will give you a lot of stability with a low to medium arch support.

If you have a medium foot arch, lucky you! You can play with a shoe with any type of arch support and select the qualities that best match your needs.

If you have a high foot arch or supinated foot you tend to roll your feet outwards and you need a shoe that will give you high quality of cushioning with a medium or high arch support.
