Overview
Since its release in 2008 under the MicroGel banner, the Prestige Pro has been the most powerful and spin-friendly member of the classic Prestige line. This 2018 update is no exception - it remains a great option for the player who wants to combine it. At 332 grams strung and boasting a maneuverable 322 swingweight, this stick feels speedy while also packing just enough mass for redirecting heavy pace or driving the ball powerfully into opposing territory. Updated with Graphene Touch technology, this version of Prestige Pro benefits from Kraibon, a unique material that adds a distinctly muted and dampened feel to the response. Graphene XT version, making it easier to whip through or to switch from defense to open. Although this racket offes decent levels of power and spin, it does not forget its prestige heritage. With a relatively thin 22mm beam and flexible feel (63RA), this device should be a decent measure of control and feel. At net, the Pro has been packed full, and there's plenty of pop for ending points with a bang. On serve, the Prestige Pro rewards big swings with an effective combination of pace and spin, making this a pretty dangerous racket in the right hands. Although this update is more incremental than revolutionary, this Graphene Touch Prestige Pro continues to be a great option for the player who wants a more modern and powerful prestige.
Please note: the head size is listed as 615 square cm. It is the same size as the previous Graphene XT version, which was listed as 632 square cm. The difference is based on an updated measuring protocol.
